Tom Saletta

Tom joined White Oak Realty Partners in 2010 as a Principal with the primary responsibility for leasing, marketing, and asset management activities of the firm. Prior to White Oak, Tom was a Senior Vice President & Principal with Fifield for 15 years and has extensive office leasing and marketing experience in both Chicago's downtown and suburban markets. Tom was awarded the Downtown Office Transaction of the Year award at the 2004 NAIOP Real Estate Awards for the 330,000 square foot USG Headquarters anchor lease. Tom was also awarded a finalist for Suburban Office Transaction of the Year at the 2002 NAIOP Real Estate Awards and was awarded a finalist for Broker of the Year during both the 2000 & 2005 Greater Chicago Food Depository Commercial Real Estate Awards. Tom graduated from Indiana University with a BA degree. He was trained in sales and marketing at Procter & Gamble where he worked as a field marketing/advertising representative for 3 years. Tom is a licensed real estate broker and is a member of the Commercial Office Leasing Brokers Association (COLBA) and the Commercial Real Estate Organization (CREO).
