Ozzie joined White Oak Realty Partner in 2019 with over 17 years of architectural and project management experience in residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-used development projects. Prior to joining White Oak, Ozzie was a Construction Manager at Draper and Kramer, Inc managing over $17 million in capital improvement projects across four multi-family rental properties. In addition, as an Owner’s Representative at IFF, Ozzie assisted nonprofits with the planning, design, and construction of facilities, including facility condition assessments and budgeting for property developments. Ozzie also managed the design, construction documentation, permitting, and construction administration as Project Manager at FitzGerald Associates Architects for various multi-family high-rise developments including White Oak’s Arkadia Tower, completed in 2015.

 A graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, Ozzie earned a BA in Architectural Studies while working full-time at a small architectural firm from his sophomore year to post-graduation. Thereafter he gained further valuable architectural experience in an array of project types working for various notable architectural firms such as, FitzGerald Associates Architects, bKL Architecture LLC, and Antunovich Associates. Ozzie obtained his real estate broker licenses in 2011 and actively represents buyers and sellers in residential transactions.
