Acquired in 2010, the 693,000 sf Central Park of Lisle office complex was acquired from a joint venture between Blackrock and Tishman Speyer. This transaction represents White Oak's first office transaction closing since its formation in 2010. White Oak principals are responsible for the acquisition, capital raising, in-house leasing, and on-going asset management. The property was purchased in a joint venture between Angelo, Gordon & Co., Fulcrum Asset Advisors, and White Oak Realty Partners with acquisition financing by Wells Fargo.
