Milieu is a 20-story, 275-unit luxury high-rise apartment that will include a mix of studio, one and two bedroom spaces, along with 183 parking spots and approximately 13,000 square feet of commercial retail space. Milieu will be the first of its kind: a lifestyle-centered, amenity-rich, boutique apartment property pushing the norms of residential interior and amenity design. Milieu will create an environment with natural earth elements and social engagement to meet the demands of a discerning apartment dweller in one of the nation’s most rapidly changing submarkets.

Its prominent location overlooking Mary Bartelme Park, the West Loop’s most dynamic green space and an urban refuge, and its proximity to both Fulton Market and the more traditional West Loop business district is meant to put work and life in full balance.

This project was capitalized in a joint venture between White Oak, Crayton Advisors and Pacific Life Insurance Company.
