The development is comprised of 298 residential units consisting of a balanced mix of studio, one, two bedroom and large club level units above 6 parking levels including approximately 9,000 sf of retail space at the base.

Overlooking the foothills, mountains, Boise River, Greenbelt, parks and the City of Boise, the project boasts a unique blend of interconnected indoor and outdoor amenities on the top two floors that will be the first of its kind in the Boise market and western United States. The building’s exterior was designed to fit within the urban neighborhood, while providing a boutique and modern presence on the skyline.
